The Engagement!

Once we decided that we were getting married, we kind of started planning the wedding, even though it was super fast and everything! But then we officially got engaged and life was fantastic!

So, at first, Christopher had this wonderful idea of proposing to me at my school, however, the ring didn't get here quite in time to do that so he had to improvise a little bit and it turned out to be a wonderful night! I had no idea what he was going to do!

Well, his brother Kevin came to my door that night and gave me a sheet of paper. It was a clue that I was supposed to follow. I found my little brother at the park down the street with the next clue. This park was significant, because it was where Christopher and I really started to get to know each other!

 

I then ended up at another park down the street which we went to once and almost got sprayed by sprinklers up the wazoo!!! There was our good friend Sterling! He gave me the next clue which told me to go to Southland Elementary? Weird?

         


Where I found this lovely message!! (His mom is the secretary and totally has control over what is said on the board.)

This is where I ended up after that. His front door. I went down to the basement where there was a ring box...but no ring! He gave me the last clue in the box! I was to go to the place where we first kissed!!!!

And there he was in a suit, with romantic music playing and down on one knee just as the sun was setting! Super romantic and I said YES!!!!

My wonderful sister was our photographer for the night and we so appreciate her!!! :)
